Custom ID number removal - block format

I have had several GEDCOM imports from people who use custom ID numbers.

Does anyone have a way to remove all the Custom ID numbers as a group? Going through 40-50K of records would be a pain.

Anyone know a program - other than PAF - that can do this? IE Export to GEDCOM, cleanup in another program then re-import back into PAF?

I use PAF4x and PAF5x formats. My older FTW - Ver 6 and lower - can not do the job.

Any ideas?
