I can't seem to get my file out of read only access. i have looked at the other posts and tried the solutions posted there, but it doesn't seem to work. I tried right clicking and changing the properties and unclick the read only access, but it was never checked. I tried restoring my several backups, but it says "restore failed..problem reading backup file." I have only been doing geneology for a year, but I have over 3000 names and I don't want to lose them. I have tears welling up in my eyes becuase I am at my wit's end. Can anyone help?
