In Print Charts and Reports, select Books > Modified Register (Descendancy) > Include Photos
Then click on Preview. Are the photos shown?
If they are shown there, you should be able to print them.

A friend of mine with Word 2003 said that the photos disappear in his version of Word, whereas they are there in my old Word97. (Word97 was the version of Word that was current when PAF5 was developed.)

If they are shown in the Preview but not in Word, try printing them directly to PrimoPDF Writer. (a free PDF writer). Since it acts as a printer, the file doesn't go through the word processor, so it should be a faithful replica of what you see in Preview, complete with the photos.

PDF Split and Merge requires Java - JRE. I find it useful when creating a book in pdf format. It is free.
