Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

I have seen two opinions, but neither of them seems like an answer. (1. the last record edited, or 2. when you have something to replace for an individual, which has only a custom defined event or an other event)

It seems like the sort of problem that is most easily solved by exporting ALL data, creating a new PAF database file and then importing the data into it. This gives PAF a chance to sort out the data as it is being imported.
