many thanks for those instructions,especially the information that.......for instance....the image of a birth cert is not actually stored in the PAF.
I thought it was, and I could just print it out as part of a Family Group Report, just like sources and notes.
Duh!!!!
now I realise the image would have to be printed out separately (from the PAF Media folder).

or copy both PAF data and PAF media for an individual to a flash drive and then print.
I hope I have got that right
