Finding common AFN numbers in two PAF files

Has anyone heard of a program that takes each individual AFN included in a particular PAF file, and compares it to each AFN in a different file, to see if there is an exact match? I am thinking of using it with fairly large files, so it would be too time consuming to manually search for each particular number.
