Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Would your problem be related to corrupted data files? On the main screen, there are three tabs at the top. Select "INDIVIDUAL" - this will give you the data base view of your information. See if all of the dates are missing the "1". Try running the check/repair tab under "FILE." Hope it is a simple correction!
