Thanks for responding. I am using AFT. When I click on the tab that says Name List, it says PAF Error and then the same name slides down the list over and over so that I cannot use the name list to find anyone and have to escape out of it. The rest of the software works fine and uploads fine but if I make an emergency copy, the same PAF error appears and instead of listing all the descendants that are on the Family tab, it will state LIVING so that means if I use any backup copy, I lose all my living relatives.

Any help there?
