Hi,

You may have to email me if I forget to check this forum. I can only guess until you list the name, make and model of your Computer, CD Burner and Software.

You can use a CD for most files. A DVD is only required if the file is very very very large.

And if you use a CD-RW to pracice on, you can erase the RW over and over until you learn.

1. Open your CD / DVD burner software.

2. Look for the Click to Create a CD.

3. Something that looks like a Windows Explorer will open with your folders and files.

4. Find the file and add it to the list.

5. Burn the file to the CD
