I had to go to the PAF program on the C drive and then type in GIE (Genealogical Information Exchange)to start the program. select the first option from the main menu to create GEDCOM File. This stands for Genealogical Data Communications. (Look for it on your menu) Follow the instructions from this point on. You will need to type in the path where your Family Records Data is stored: the manual gives that as C:\PAF\DATA\ as source. The Data\should be followed by the name given to your data file. I had to go to DOS to find GIE file but the main menu might be on your computer. It was not on mine. In final I had the following to get to GIE C:\PAF GIE (I don't remember, if this doesn't work try C:\PAF\GIE) Remember, I said this was like the blind leading the blind.
