Here are my suggestions:

1. Change your font to "Arial Unicode MS Normal, size 11. for the regular pages, and for NOTES, same font, size 9. That is the "default" size and type of font and it is not too small or too big. Don't forget to SAVE after you apply that.

2. click on the double squares in the right hand corner for partial minimizing of the size of the screen. Then you have the "grab lines" in the right hand corner of the window where you can pull it bigger, or push it smaller.
