I accidentally created some duplicate ancestors in PAF 4.0 (the same individuals, but with a different surname spelling), then, after realizing my mistake, I deleted them, keeping the original ancestors. During the course of doing so, I had a few error messages. After that, I closed PAF and restarted my computer, thinking I might clear out any errors that had accumulated on my hard disk as a result of my bungling. Well, now I can't change my Individual Search to alphabetical. When I click on the radio button for Alphabetical, it doesn't respond, and remains in RIN, instead. Does anyone know how I can remedy this problem, short of uninstalling/reinstalling PAF?
