Do you have all of your photos for your PAF file stored in the same folder? I use something like C:\My Documents\Genealogy\Photos to store all my PAF photos. I noticed that when they were is lots of different folders, PAF could get itself confused. I have not received my PAF Companion yet, so I cannot speak directly to it. However, good file management should work across the board.
