I have all of my data stored in one large PAF file. For publishing to the Internet, I use the Export to GEDCOM feature in PAF, but I choose the surname that I want to export by going to the earliest known person for that surname. I have published the four major surnames for my family in such a fashion at http://www.thwgraphics.com/Batten/genealogy/index.htm. I used GedVisual to create the HTML files (www.gedvisual.com).
