RDF - new equivalent in PAF 5

Just curious, how would one find an equivalent to the Research Data Filer program (old PAF 2.31) in the newer versions of PAF? I find that I want to remember an odd piece of data, but don't want to connect it to a particular ancestor in the case of a common name. RDF used to let researchers add information on the equivalent of an electronic index card without establishing a particular connection. Is there a way to do this now??

Thanks in advance!
