I just now tried what you wanted to know about. I added a note about myself to the "family" section of the PAF. Then went to Print Reports, Then clicked on Books, Clicked on Fonts and changed the font to Verdana Bold 12 point from 9 point and printed the page. The note was definitely in larger dark bold print so, yes, only the notes can be changed and that agrees with the box that comes up when you click on Fonts and Change. The only choice you have is to change the note font. I would keep going after them to get an answer. What can be so hard for them to answer Why the font will not change for notes. Seems simple enough to me. And you did have a live chat, is that correct? Let me know how you come out.
