Latin Double-Surnames - how to enter them in PAF?

Is there a right way to handle latin american / spanish double-surnames? Which is right? Are any of them right?
For example, Pedro's parents were Father Mr. Hernandez
Mother maiden name Ortiz.

Pedro /Hernandez/
Pedro /Hernandez Ortiz/
Pedro Hernandez /Ortiz/
Pedro /Ortiz Hernandez/
Pedro Ortiz /Hernandez/
Pedro Ortiz
Pedro /Ortiz/
Pedro /Ortiz/ Hernandez
