Hello Tracie,
It appears there could be three causes of your problem.
1. Your floppy disk drive is faulty. Solution new drive.
2. Your database is small enough to fit onto a floppy disk but the disk you are using is faulty. Solution new disk.
3. Your database is too large for a floppy disk. Solution A, write the file to a CD-R; Solution B, write the file to another location on the C drive and then use Winzip or equivalent to reduce the file size so that it will fit on a floppy.
