Have you considered entering a new individual, "Mr. Blank" with no data, and then printing his FGS using "Print to File" (in Rich Txt Format, by default) to MSword or Wordperfect?
You should be able to delete a few characters in the Text Editor and get the blank sheet you desire for printing.
