Hi Brian,

Lance is right, but I'm adding my 2 cents worth. You didn't say where the FTW files were or who made them.

The worst case is someone else made them, you are not in contact with the person, and you don't have FTM. If the data isn't particularly sensitive, you can send the FTW files to a kind-hearted soul who does have FTM, asking him/her to restore them, make and send you a GEDCOM and then delete the FTW files afterwards. I don't have a current version of FTM. You might find someone who does and is willing to do you a favor on either of these forums:
