SHOULD I UPGRADE TO 4.0?

I must have been on another planet when the new version of PAF was released. Were us old PAF users notified of this and somehow I was missed? I just checked with some of the members of our local Genealogical Society who are also PAF users and none knew of the upgrade. Normally we would have been notified. When there is an upgraded version of ANY program, I'm always one of the first to use them. However, with all the apparent problems that 4.0 (4.02?) has, should I just wait until the bugs are worked out? If I download it now, will it overwrite PAF 3.0? Should I just stay with 3.0 until the bugs are worked out? I'm really surprised that LDS would release it with all the problems it seems to have.
