Entering a large group of my surname

I recently acquired a copy of the church records of Ballyweaney Presbterian church in County Antrim Ireland. This is where my grandparents worshipped about 1850-1900.I have found about a hundred of my surname listed on the film and I am not yet finished reading the film. Since I am sure that some of these are my family I want to enter them into my PAF5 files. What is the best way to start sorting these families? I imagine I should start entering them as Unconnected families searching for the connections that I can prove. When I find a proven connection I then can connect it in the proper position in my files. Please respond with your suggestions on this job.
