Like any program, PAF is copyrighted. What I would suggest is that you ask your members to buy the CD from the FHL. You could probably order these "in bulk", and, from memory the cost is USD5 each. Alternatively, those members who can connect to the Internet, can download their own copy for free.

You will recall when you downloaded PAF, you completed a registration form. And, that, in essence is your agreement to using the software, even though you were not asked to pay anything.
