Worked! Thanks. Maybe you could answer another question. I tried to create another report that is over 500 pages. The report saves but it will not open in MS office 2000 like the other reports that do open. The error reads
"The document name or path is not valid. Try these suggestions. *Check the file permissions for the document or drive. *Use the file open dialog box to locate the document."
I've tried saving and resaving the document and opening it manually but it doesn't seem to open. MS Word will convert the document but then the error message will show up. I can open the document in WordPad, but as you know WordPad doesn't offer the wide range of options I need. I can import the document into MS word from WordPad but the index option will not work. Any Suggestions or is it just hopeless? Joseph
