I think that your title "Church Records - Nebraska" is much too broad, as everything on a particular church record would have to be entered under citation detail or comments. I would like to suggest that you use the name of the church as your title. That way you can keep using that title to add additional pieces of evidence for that person or other persons. For example, Title: "Church Records - St. Michaels Catholic Church" Author: Catholic Church,
Publication information:
Repository: address of church or wherever you saw the material.
Citation detail: Baptismal Record of John Jones, Book 2, 1826-1830, page 10.
