Hi Lance

Thanks for replying, I've done what you advised. The child only appears once on the individuals list, but when I clicked on 'find' her parents weren't appearing on the box. They appear on the individuals list. I don't know what I've done. How can I delete that record and start again?

I'm very grateful for your help.
