Hello John, I'm not sure I understand some of your questions. Does the printer driver have anything to do with PAF's inability to correctly display the reports when I preview them, i.e. before the reports are even sent to MS Word? Also, I am not familiar with an RTF spec. I don't really know what you're asking me in this respect. I did look at the HP website and you're correct that .59 is a little odd, but if I try to change the margin settings in MS Word to less than what is specified, the program defaults back to the minimums that are listed. So, I have set the margins in my PAF reports to exactly the same settings that I have in MS Word. At one time, I had suspected that my bottom margin was not set correctly causing the footer to hide some of the data. I fiddled around with the margins for hours and hours when I finally noticed that no matter what I set the bottom margin to, the footer moves right along with it!! (This occurs in PAF's preview print). I'll have to wait until later to check out how the report is displayed in Wordpad and let you know the results. Once again, thank you for your help. Tana
