Hello Billie,
How did you get in touch with an LDS tech? I've had problems with PAF since version 4 and I can't get anyone to help me fix them. I've submitted several feedbacks on the LDS website with no results. About a month ago, Steve Cannon from the LDS Church posted a follow-up to a query that I submitted on GenForum asking me to send my file. I sent him an e-mail explaining the problems and attached a copy of my file that had errors on it, but I have received no reply from him. I don't know if it would solve anything, but if I could speak to a tech, I might not feel so frustrated with these latest two versions of PAF. At least, maybe someone could tell me if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a problem with the program. I appreciate any help.
