Latest Windows Tech & PAF4
Posted by: Wm M Danner Date: June 07, 2001 at 10:32:34

The library where I do my printing has just installed new state-of-the-art computers that use the latest Windows "Professional" program - (it may be NT Professional). After downloading PAF4-Multi into this slick new system, I have attempted to enable an import of my data into this newly downloaded PAF program. (The imported data coming from my PAF4 computer files at home and exported onto the diskette). Upon my attempt to upload or import my files, I am given a window that tells me that I must download another PAF program. Is this an indication that the PAF4-Multi is not adaptable to the latest Windows technology? And if not then must I use the PAF5.1 to successfully interface? And if so, will my older Win95/PAF4 file be successfully "recognized and read" by the newer NT-Prof/PAF5.1 technology? <whew....this is really getting complicated>
