Amputating 4 of 5 Lang from: PAF4, Multi

Last Fall I downloaded PAF4-Multi Lang and began entering data in the English section. Realizing that I had absolutely NO need at all for the additional 4 languages, it occurred to me that perhaps I could amputate these 4 from the program to save computer space/memory and also to rid my screen of un-used icons. While I may be able to perform both these functions separately (icon removal and partial program deletion), I in no way wish to harm the functions of the English portion nor the 7-8 months of stored data in the English section. Would I be "cutting off my nose to spite my face" if I performed one or both of these options? Could the operation be performed without loosing data or killing the patient? Please advise.
