If you click on the "Check/Repair" button, it will fix the errors. You may need to run this several times to get all the errors fixed.
Go to your Help Index and search on Temporary Files, somewhere there is a system variable that defines the amount of hard-drive space to use. PAF5 uses this TEMP for Gedcom Imports, Sorting, and Match/Merge. Very large databases of names could possible exceed the space allocated for TEMP.
