PAF 5.0 Source Citations in Reports

In PAF 5.0.10.1 source citations for Christenings and Burials do not show properly in Book Reports or on Web pages. If there is a Birth SC then the christening one is listed wrongly as the same citation, if there is no birth one the christening citation is missed altogether. Same seems to be true for burials. In the Appendix of citations the second parameter is missed (blank separated by two commas).
