How Do I Get More Than 32 Generations?
Posted by: Gary Rea Date: October 21, 2000 at 22:04:45

Because I'm having trouble with my GedHTree software, which I normally use to generate the HTML pages for my genealogy website, I decided to use PAF 4.0's own web creation features as an alternative.

The problem is that, for some stupid reason, PAF 4.0 has a limit of 32 generations when creating web pages. As my family history currently extends back quite a few more than 32 generations, this limitation means I can't show all of my ancestors on my web pages if I'm using PAF 4.0 to generate them.

Does anyone know of a way to set the number of generations to a greater number than 32? If not, is there a later version of PAF available that will create more than 32 generations?

Gary
