Michael,

Colette and I are cousins (Hi Colette!). We have recently been told that G-G-Grandfather's (Tom) father's name was Peter. A different source (one that is related to Richard of Ballykilcline fame) thinks that early on 5 Padian brothers "showed" up in Roscommon and before that there were none. It has been suggested to us (unsubstantiated, of course) that we may have come from France. Anyway, I was wondering, since your information goes back to the late 1700's, do you know of similar information. Also, do you know of a Peter Padian. Even though we don't yet have a connection to Richard, I'm sure we are related somehow. Thanks for your help. Let me know if I can provide more information.

Brian
