I would love more info on those "Indian Princess". It's important to record their history.

I did remember reading some story about Leonard (Leo) Paddock, and I found a google book with story he told. I will put the link here. He is an early arrival and he did land on Peddock's Island (Paddock). He was a trader. He also seemed like a good man. Anyway: in the search on the left just use "Peddock" and all references to this will come up. Enjoy. Some of these writings are apparently taken from his own hand on the account.
