I have my family tree which begins in Somerset in 1324, with gaps to about 1680 in same village and the from about 1700 in neighbouring parish to present day via Dorset, Cornwall, Midlands No known connection to Staffordshire, but could be by migration north during Monmouth rebellion in Somerset.
