Hello Patty-

Well I guess I don't know much about them but they are listed in the Antioch cemetery transciption book...but I don't know if you already have that or not...but I'll tell you what it says anyway! :)

There are 5 Gages buried in section 2 in Hillside Cemetery (Row 2):

Darius Gage - died March 8, 1877, 75 years,8 mo. / husband of Maria
Maria Gage - died January 6, 1852, 49 years, 10 months - wife of Darius
James - no dates
Cynthia A. Gage - died August 15, 1887, 73 years, 8 months - wife of DB Gage
Imogene - died January 15, 1862, 25 years, 6 months - wife of Wallace B.

The last two women were married into the family...but it doesn't list their husbands as being buried with I don't know...maybe they remarried?

There's two seperate spelllings of Shepards in the listings...Shepard and Shepherd.

Shepard- (all in Hillside Cemetery)
Homer (son of William and Sarah) died Febuary 11, 1842 - 11 years, 2 days
Eliz. M (nee Gaston) (1912-1971) wife of Hanaford - written on stone says 'Mother'
Hanaford Eugene (Feb. 23, 1912 - Sept. 28, 1960) written on stone says 'Father'

Shepherd - (Hillside Cemetery)
Section 5, row 2 - Barbara Shepherd - March 6, 1866 - March 29, 1939 - written on the stone it says 'Mother' but there is no father listed next to her!

Grass Lake Cemetery - Shepherd
Alice M. Shepherd (nee Little) Sept. 14, 1882 - March 20, 1935. Alice is buried in a lot with 4 other Little's -

Margaret Little (Mother) 1851-1930 wife of Elbert / Edbert Little
Henry N. Little (Father) 1871-1953
Mary E. died Dec. 17, 1876 (1 year old)
Nettie died May 25, 1874 - age 2 months - daughter of E&M Little

There isn't a Chester Paddock buried in the Antioch cemeteries...but there are small cemeteries right outside Anticoh - like Lake Villa, etc, where I found my family and they weren't listed in the book! So who knows! :)

Anyway I don't know if this helps at all but pleast let me know if there is more information that would be helpful to it appears we'll probably have more family members crossing paths if we're researching in Antioch! :)
