James Packer VA>GA>MS
This is a big long shot , but I hope someone can help .
I'm looking for a James PACKERsupposedly born 1804 Va. married unknown .
James PACKER appears on the 1840 Panola Co., MS. census . Because there is a female also age 30-40 <1800-1810> , I'm assuming the male 30-40 <1800-1810> is James PACKER head of house hold and the male 70-80 <1760-1770> is his father .
In 1859, the only known child of James PACKER to this researcher, Catherine Elizabeth PACKER married John Wm. DUKE in Panola Co., MS. They are in the house hold of David DUKE , father of John Wm. DUKE .Though there is no PACKER listed on the 1850/1860 Panola Co., or any other county in MS. except for a D.B. PACKER in Lafaette Co. who is a no match .
On the 1840 Panola Co., MS. it shows 7 other males and 5 total females , so there is definitely more PACKER children .
I did find a James PACKER in Walton Co., GA. 1830 page 151. If anyone can help me with this family , I'd really appreciate it .
