Martha Packard and John Alger

I am looking for any info on Martha Packard who married John Alger in most likely Massachusetts around 1738. John Alger was the son on John Alger and Johannah King. I have no parents for Martha Packard or specific dates. They did have five children that I am aware of, John (my line) Bethena, James, Freelove, and Abigail. Any help would be appreciated.
