Jemima seems the most likely. It was a name that was in use in NC around that time.

Sorry I can't be of more help. I hope you'll post here if you find out who Thomas and Solomon were. From the names it seems very possible that they could have been related to the same line of Paces I descend from (descendants of Richard Pace d. 1738 in Bertie Co NC).
