I continue to do research for 3 family lines and am doing a search on Marion (Muir) Yoas and her family who lived in Red Lion, York County, Pennsylvania.

Marion's husband was Russell E. Yoas
Marion was the daughter of William Muir who came from Scotland and lived in Fallbrook/blossburg, tioga County and he wrote a poem about the people who lived there in the 1800's when he lived there.
He moved his family to New York and then settled in DuBois, Clearfield County, Pa.

Marion, his daughter Married Russel and their birth and death dates are below:
Marion born May 5, 1910 Died April 25, 1993
Russell born October 6, 1907 Died June 18, 1994

Am seeking information about this family during their time in Red Lion, Pennsylvania and any other information about them and their family that anyone cares to share with me.

Marion was the sister to my Grandmother Agnes Muir Stott who I never met as she passed away before I was born and we really never got to know the Muir's except for Agnes and Marion's Uncle and Aunt and cousin who went to Oregon wrote to my mother faithfully since 1915 until their death's and my mother passed away in 1985. After that my sister wrote to some of that family so the connection continued and I met some of that same family on line and so the connection still continues on and I want to hopefully put this part of the family with the others in my book.
thank you for any information anyone can share with me
