I have some info on Catherine QUICK and her family, and have a little about the first Elisha:
He was buried in the Starkville Cemetery, has no gravestone. He was very near-sighted and had great difficulty in seeing any distance, so was quite often called “Blind Parks Farnam.” He was Justice of the Peace for many years in Lenoxville and was the local lawyer for the area.
More info on this couple's children can be found in the following article in the Wyoming County Historical Society newsletter, Vol.9 No.1, from "NICHOLSON HIGH SCHOOL AND ALUMNI, Class of 1898" by Rev. Garford Williams.
See WILL of Elisha Parks Farnham (Will book 3, p. 483, Susquehanna Co); his oldest step-son, Solomon Decker, was granted letters of admin. on 4 May 1872, and Solomon signed a bond for $200.
