This is very interesting! It seems very probable that the Justice of the Peace on your document was the same Elisha FARNHAM (FARNAM is one of many variations of this surname) as I wrote about, who was married to Catherine QUICK. Lenoxville is in Susquehanna County, and the dates would match.

I'm sure other researchers would love to see your document. Do you know if the Susquehanna County Historical Society in Montrose <http://www.susqcohistsoc.org/> has a copy of it?
