Hello Lord list.
I am new to this list and this is who I am currently looking for,

James Lord
b 1818 d ?
lived in Preston, Wayne, PA 1850 census

I believe him to be the husband of Adaline (Moore) Lord 1821-1845 buried in Little York cemetery

I also believe he is the father of
Oscar W Lord b1844
Edward Lord b1845
and possible a Carutha b1856 from a different woman?

I think this is the same James
1850 census Preston, Wayne, PA
1870 census Hancock, Delaware, NY
1880 census Preston, Wayne, PA
He probally died shortly after the 1880 census as it says he has liver disease, a widow, and a pauper.

I went through census records from 1820, 1830, 1840 the only one "Lord" that continually has a son in the right age group is John from Hancock, Delaware, NY, although there is a James from Wayne county that has a son in the right age group but that son is probally Isaac.

Any help, clues, would be very much appreciated

Thank you in advance for your help
