The information on cemeteries varies greatly from county to county and from town to town. All the cemetery records that are in books or on the net were done privately. There are no government records for cemeteries as such in Pennsylvania.

You'll just have to use a search engine to find what is on the net and contact historical societies, libraries, etc to see what they have that isn't on the net.

My grandfather was a dairy farmer and he is listed in the SSDI. Of course you haven't posted what time frame you are looking for so it may not help anyway.
