He was Married to Elizabeth ______ Born abt 1765 in Virginia & Died 2 Apr 1836 in Estill, Kentucky.

In 1781-1783 Philip served in the Washington Co., Pennsylvania Militia - Private in 5th Batallion 3rd Company 8th Class.

In 1782 Philip & Jacob Lady inherit the Land of Peter Lady - 400 acres at Kings Creek, Yohogania Co., Virginia (Now Washington Co., Pennsylvania) - Pennsylvania Archives, Third Series, Volume 3, Proprietary Rights Page 534 23 Apr 1780

On 12 Nov 1784 Jacob Leady of Washington Co., PA sold to Philip Leady 89 3/4 Acres (Estate records, 1781-96, and deed records, 1782-85, in Washington County, Pennsylvania)

In 1792 i have been told there was some sort of Land transaction in Washington Co., PA.
