I am originally from Warren and was there last August and to the best of my knowledge, although I only drove onto the grounds, the buildings are still there. The grounds used to be entirely fenced with wrought iron fence but it has been removed. The site itself is quite large and I read in the Warren paper that after 3 years of wrangling, the County bought about 66 acres which I believe they plan to sell to a developer.
