Hello, my name is Lisa (Dickey) Kinley. I am looking for information on my family, that lived in Oil City, and who could still possibly live there. My grandfather's name was Charles Rex Dickey, he was born in Oil City on Oct. 28, 1921, he died March 21, 1997 in California. His father was Rex Waldo Dickey, he was born in Oil City on Sep. 14, 1896, and died in New York on Jan. 26, 1966. His father was Charles P. (Prescott?) Dickey, I am not sure of his birth, or death other than it was in Oil City. That is about as far back as I have, can anyone help me??
