Rufus STANTON born late 1700's came from Paris, Oneida co,NY;;Married Rachel TOWN. Lived in Brookfield, tioga co,Pa.. Children: Permelia Stanton 1811 married Sylvester PLANK;;Charles G. 1813 married Aurilla CAMPBELL; Erastus 1821 married Betsey Whitmire or Whitmore; Sarah E. 1823 married Simon Murray; Lucy 1823 married Joseph Griffen. Most are buried in Plank Cemetery, Sylvester,Pa....I have no burial place for Rufus and rachel. possible up the california Road someplace on the hill....Is anyone out there researching this family and no more of where they came from etc.?
