Thanks Laurel. It is possible that Caleb doesn't have a stone or that it has faded and is not readable. It sure would be nice to find him. He was the first of my Russell line to leave Nantucket. I am not familiar with any other Russell's or Dunn's in the area. I am guessing that Jacob Prine Dunn could be Mary's father since she named her son Jacob Prine Russell. And I would think if Jacob H. married Mary Dunn in Harford she probably would have had family nearby. I never realized that Dunn was such a common name until I started searching for her family. I mentioned in an earlier post about the turnpike. I don't know if the turnpike today would be in the same place as the turnpike back then. Is there any source of information about early roads back then? It has been a little frustrating for me trying to find information about the Susquehanna area. I really appreciate your help and it is so thoughtful of you to go out and try to find Caleb's grave and with a two year old, too. I can just imagine him trailing after you. Smiles, Pat Notify Administrator about this message?
